Rules
»» 1 - You must update your site at least once every 2 weeks...dead sites are not fun to look at.
»» 2 - If you are moving your site, going on a haitus or shutting down, you need to notify me at least 1 week in advance. I cannot stress doing this enough. I have had people shut down and/or move on me without notifying me. If you do this, then I will remove you from my affiliates and not add you back no matter how much you plead or beg...not notifying me is rude and shows a lack of respect.
»» 3 - Link my site on all of your pages. I am doing this for you, and I expect the same in return.
»» 4 - Visit my site once in a while, and ocassionally leave comments in the shout box. I do this for my affilates, and ask that the favor be returned.
»» 5 - In your request, have "Affiliate Request", "Link Exchange Request" or "Sibling Site Request" in the title...as well as the word kupo somewhere in the mail.
»» 6 - Have some content to your site - not just a couple of desktops and avatars. I know my site doesn't have as much as some do but it is still expanding...I expect to see at least 3 or 4 types of graphics - desktops, avatars, layouts, pngs, myspace layouts, textures, brushes, tutorials...any of those.
»» 7 - Make sure you have your website name and URL in the e-mail. If I do not have the website name and URL, then there is no way I can link you from my site.
»» 8 - I have only 5 spots for affilates, 5 for link exchanges and 5 for sibling sites. I might make a few exceptions but that is only if your site is truly exceptional and blows me out of the water.
»» 9 - Your website must be graphics related. I will not accept fansites, sites about a specific anime, neopet guild sites or sites that are racist or derogatory or anyone.
